Version 2026-08-17-quiko-live-v1 | Effective 17 Aug 2026
Quiko Terms of Use
Effective date: 17 August 2026
1. Operator and contact
Quiko Print 24 (“Quiko”) is operated by THE COPY HOUSE SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202301048588 (1542502-M)), G-8 & G-09, PLATINUM LAKE CONDOMINIUM NO.2A, JALAN DANAU SAUJANA, TAMAN DANAU KOTA, 53300 KUALA LUMPUR (“we”, “us” or “our”). Customer service: customerservice@quiko.com.my and +601110962069.
2. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern the Quiko website, customer accounts, Quiko Mobile, Quiko Desktop App, Print Credit, print orders and participating kiosks. The Privacy Policy, Printing and Refund Policy and Print Credit Policy form part of these Terms. By registering, signing in, reloading Print Credit, submitting or releasing an order, you agree to the current applicable policies. You must have legal capacity to use the service. A person under 18 must use Quiko with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide an accurate phone number and verified email, keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use. Google sign-in may be offered; Google authenticates the Google account while Quiko maintains the customer account. Do not impersonate another person, misuse multiple accounts, bypass restrictions or share a live Desktop App session. We may require identity or transaction verification before restoring access, correcting a ledger or handling a dispute.
4. Kiosk selection and ordering
You may scan a kiosk QR, select an available kiosk after login, or connect to Quiko Desktop App at an assigned kiosk. Printing cannot proceed when the selected kiosk is offline or unavailable. Before payment, you must check the kiosk, file, page range, paper size, colour or black-and-white mode, single or double side, orientation, fit or actual size, pages per sheet and copies. Previews and file analysis assist checking but may differ from physical output because of fonts, printer margins, driver behaviour, colour conversion or source-file characteristics.
5. Payment, release and expiry
Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit and may vary by kiosk and print setting. Any applicable tax is shown before confirmation. Payment from Print Credit creates an unreleased order; it prints only after you confirm that you are at the selected kiosk. An unreleased order automatically cancels after 12 hours and the charged amount returns to the same balance type. Online Print Credit reload payments are handled through CHIP Collect and its participating banks or payment networks. A pending, abandoned, rejected, reversed or unverified payment does not add Print Credit.
6. Files and acceptable use
Upload only material you own or are authorised to reproduce. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, malicious, deceptive, obscene, privacy-invasive or technically dangerous content. Avoid unnecessary identity, financial, medical or other sensitive information. We may reject, quarantine or remove files and restrict orders or accounts where reasonably required for security, law, payment investigation, printer protection or enforcement of these Terms.
7. Print Agents
Participating kiosks may be operated by independent Print Agents. Print Agents provide local equipment, paper, consumables and print-quality or collection support. We operate the Quiko platform, account and central Print Credit ledger. A Print Agent receives only information reasonably required to operate its kiosks, fulfil orders, investigate failures and support completed or partially completed orders. Account, platform, payment and Print Credit matters remain with Quiko customer service.
8. Failures, cancellation and remedies
Orders are priced and settled by individual file. Completed files remain charged. Failed or authorised cancelled files are returned only in the allocated amount and to the same Print Credit or Test Credit balance used. Partial output, paper jams and quality complaints are handled under the Printing and Refund Policy using available controller, spooler, order and customer evidence. Nothing in these Terms removes a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
9. Availability and liability
We use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted internet, payment, kiosk, controller, printer or third-party service availability. Maintenance, power or network failure, payment-network interruption, paper jams and events outside reasonable control may delay or prevent service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss caused by customer-selected settings, customer content or failure to collect output promptly. Our liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may proportionately restrict an account, payment, order or device connection to investigate fraud, chargebacks, prohibited content, security incidents, legal requests or material breach. Closing or deactivating an account does not erase records that must be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes or law. Remaining Print Credit is handled under the Print Credit Policy and applicable law; Test Credit has no monetary value.
11. Changes, language and governing law
We may update these Terms with a new version and effective date. Material changes will be notified or require fresh acceptance where appropriate. English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese versions are provided for accessibility. If there is an inconsistency, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law. Malaysian law governs these Terms, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or access to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims or other competent authority.
